A minimum of 48 hours notice of the cancellation of a session is required. Cancellation within this period will result in full fee payable for the session as per the NDIS guidelines.

7 days notice to add or change any session time is appreciated. An absolute minimum of 48 hours notice is required. Notice outside of this window may not be able to be accommodated.

We are a mobile service provider. We will come to your child to support them in an environment that is familiar, comfortable and meaningful to their everyday life.

We currently service most of the Gold Coast region including areas between Coomera and Coolangatta. Additionally, we are available to service some areas in Northern NSW. If you are unsure if we will come to you, please contact us with your inquiry and we can determine if we are able to service your area.

After each session we will send out an invoice to be paid within 3 business days. For support work clients receiving multiple sessions in one week we will send out a weekly invoice after the final session for that week.
Whether you are NDIS Self-Managed, privately paying or have an NDIS plan manager, the invoice will have details to pay via direct deposit.
