ALLIED HEALTH ASSISTANCE

Allied Health Assistance is all about bridging the gap between therapy plans and practical application. As an Allied Health Assistant I work under the guidance of experienced allied health professionals to help children engage with and achieve therapy goals in a structured, supportive way. This can include implementing therapy activities, reinforcing skill development and assisting with exercises or play-based tasks that align with their individual therapy plans.

I am proud to collaborate with leading professionals through Allied Health Services Australia (AHSA) and the Paediatric Centre Gold Coast, where I work alongside expert teams of occupational therapists and other allied health specialists to deliver tailored and evidence-based therapy interventions.

SUPPORT WORK

At Grow and Play Therapy Support our support work services are uniquely guided through a therapy lens, ensuring your child receives the highest level of care and support. By liaising with a range of paediatric allied health professionals including occupational therapists, speech pathologists, physiotherapists and more we incorporate expert advice to best support our clients from a therapeutic standpoint.

If your child is already working with an allied health professional, we are happy to collaborate with them to implement their recommendations during our sessions ensuring consistency and continuity in your child’s care.
